I have a copy of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 on disc which I have installed onto a new computer running Windows While photoshop runs, and premiere stated a successful install I have been unable to open the editor for premiere and with this I have unsuccessfully tried running in compatibility mode and as administrator but with no success.
Also of note, it states that the program is native 64 bit but seems to have installed as 32 bit. Any help is appreciated. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Upon further digging however, I discovered it may be a Nvidia issue as discussed here:.
Basically it suggests that newer Nvidia drivers were breaking the program. I realize this may be more of a Nvidia question but I'll ask here first, is it possible to run pre-windows 11 drivers on Windows 11?

It is an expensive product with premium support so I would ask them or their forums about this as they should have others in the same boat.

You can try, Joe. Check the PC maker's Support Download's webpage for older drivers and work backwards to find one that works and doesn't break Adobe.
It should not be up to the customer to make expensive software work. Are you on the Windows 11 Adobe Software I linked earlier? Maybe they will upgrade you if not? This site in other languages x.
